Overview :

At ARC Products, we are looking for skilled Machine Operators who bring more value to the role. Our operators are expected to understand the machining process on the whole, from operating and programming, to tooling, inspection, and troubleshooting , ensuring quality production with minimal scrap.

The primary scope of this role is to learn and grow with the company . We value prior experience in machining, programming, and tooling, and highly appreciate knowledge of inspection methods such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) , shadowgraphs, and profile projectors.

• Embody ARC Products' standards of discipline, quality, punctuality, and safety .
• Take ownership of both production and inspection - accountability for the good parts you produce.
• Regularly inspect your own work using QC inspection equipment, without relying on the team for quality checks.
• Be proactive in identifying and solving problems before they create downtime or scrap.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors. lead machinists and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Uphold compliance with all safety and health regulations.
