Overview :
At ARC Products, we are looking for skilled Machine Operators who bring more value to the role. Our operators are expected to understand the machining process on the whole, from operating and programming, to tooling, inspection, and troubleshooting , ensuring quality production with minimal scrap.
The primary scope of this role is to learn and grow with the company . We value prior experience in machining, programming, and tooling, and highly appreciate knowledge of inspection methods such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) , shadowgraphs, and profile projectors.

- Take ownership of both production and inspection - accountability for the good parts you produce.
- Regularly inspect your own work using QC inspection equipment, without relying on the team for quality checks.
- Be proactive in identifying and solving problems before they create downtime or scrap.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors. lead machinists and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Uphold compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and program CNC and conventional machines to produce parts per specification under supervision of lead machinists.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and setup sheets to perform accurate machining.Select, set up, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.Troubleshoot issues quickly to maintain production flow and minimize rework.Perform regular in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, CMM, and optical equipment (shadowgraph / profile projector).Ensure that good parts, not just part counts , are the ultimate production outcome.Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Document inspections, maintain quality records, and report any deviations to lead machinists immediately.Support less experienced operators with training and guidance (if required).Qualifications
Experience in machining, CNC programming, and tooling setup.Working knowledge of CMMs, shadowgraphs, and / or profile projectors is highly valued.Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.Ability to work independently with accountability for quality.Familiarity with precision measurement and inspection methods.Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and continuously improve.Open to candidates who are eager to learn if they lack some of the above experience.Growth Path
