Location : On Site - Springfield, New Jersey, United States

Salary : $60,000-$85,000

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and assess clients’ personal insurance needs, providing tailored advice and solutions for auto, home, and umbrella policies.
  • Guide clients through the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering timely and precise service at every step.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage options and competitive rates.
  • Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and client inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance, including familiarity with auto, home, and umbrella coverage.
  • Exceptional customer service and client-facing abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Relevant insurance licenses and certifications.
  • Experience working closely with multiple insurance carriers.
  • Proficiency with insurance management software and digital tools.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think proactively on behalf of clients.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
