The most successful Associate Client Service Managers (ACSM) contribute to organizational excellence through exceptional delivery of relocation services to our clients relocating employees.

The ACSM is responsible for ensuring the relocation services are administered in adherence to policy and company processes and procedures.

The ACSM handles a caseload comprised of basic to moderately complex relocation programs and services. The ability to manage timelines, communicate effectively, prioritize, and maintain an attention to detail are essential to a successful ACSM.

Demonstrating initiative by asking probing questions, challenging the status quo, and applying analytical thinking to find resourceful solutions are crucial.

The greatest quality a successful ACSM possesses is striving to exceed their previous-best performance by exhibiting a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Organization :

With oversight, the ACSM will develop and utilize the skills needed to coordinate relocation services and counsel transferees on increasingly complex policy benefits.

The ACSM will demonstrate mastery of the competencies of the Client Service Specialist role, and develop an ability to make timely, fact-based decisions, considering the goals, constraints and risks associated with the administration of client policies.

The ACSM will work with the Team Lead and Client Service Managers to grow in skill level related to delivery of all types of home sale and international benefits.

The ACSM works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relocation services meet or exceed client expectation, fostering a mutually respected and trusted business relationship with each client.

The ACSM also proficiently responds to calls and emails from clients by demonstrating a strong understanding of the relocation process and needs.

Performance Objectives :

  • Proactively coordinate associated tasks in the execution of authorized services, including; policy counseling, expense management services, destination services, household goods shipping, home sale services, and / or international assignment services
  • With guidance from the primary CSM and / or Team Lead, deliver consultative solutions that achieve all service and cost objectives
  • Demonstrate a results-focus and initiative by achieving key performance metrics
  • Use first-hand customer information and feedback for improvements in process, product or services
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills to improve performance and enhance value to our customers
  • Communicate orally and in written form with clarity and good effect, understand clearly and quickly when instructions are given, and practice judgment on what information is important, what should be communicated how, to whom and when

Experience :

An Associate Client Service Manager for a consulting company focused on talent mobility needs to have a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills are vital.

The Associate Client Service Manager must work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, while coordinating basic to moderately complex processes with speed and efficiency.
