As the go-to problem solver for a thriving apartment community, you’ll turn requests into resolutions—protecting assets, elevating resident satisfaction, and keeping building systems running smoothly.

How you’ll make an impact

• Own the upkeep of apartments, common areas, and building systems through proactive and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix issues spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Close work orders with speed and care, communicating clearly with residents.
• Lead clean, efficient unit turns—painting, cleaning, and performing needed repairs.
• Be ready for urgent needs and participate in an on-call rotation when required.
• Maintain organized tools and supplies; champion safety and policy compliance.
