Apartment Community Maintenance Specialist (HVAC & Trades)

Hourly Range : $22–$26 DOE

How you’ll make an impact
- Own the upkeep of apartments, common areas, and building systems through proactive and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose and fix issues spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
- Close work orders with speed and care, communicating clearly with residents.
- Lead clean, efficient unit turns—painting, cleaning, and performing needed repairs.
- Be ready for urgent needs and participate in an on-call rotation when required.
- Maintain organized tools and supplies; champion safety and policy compliance.
What you’ll need to succeed
At least 2 years of maintenance experience; multifamily / property management background preferred.Solid grasp of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.EPA HVAC certification preferred (but not required).Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.Excellent communication and a service-first approach.Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.Rewards & rhythm of work
