Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance on best practices in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Coordinate field service activities, including troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC issues related to air conditioning, and boiler systems.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on client properties.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC / R field with a strong understanding of mechanical systems (5 years experience).
Experience in construction or property maintenance is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using tools for equipment repair and diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations effectively.
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
The ability to mentor, train and correct with employees.
Full understanding on operating a profitable P&L and plan for growth.
