JOB DUTIES :

The primary duty of a BOYL Construction Manager is to manage the construction of homes for PIB customers

in such a manner as to assure they comply with PIB’s standards for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

That primary duty involves non‐manual work and the exercise of considerable discretion and independent judgment

by the Manager with respect to various matters relating to the construction of homes as part of the company’s

homebuilding business operations.

LOCATION : West Dallas, Texas

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in new home construction. Experience with BOYL projects preferred.
