Responsibilities Director of Plant Operations (Facilities Maintenance - Engineering)
Full-Time : Monday - Friday w/rotating on-call duties

Your role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of the Plant and ongoing assessment and improvement of all services\
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the operations of the Maintenance department; including supervision of employees
- Performs skilled maintenance repair, and construction duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Facility buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Maintains compliance with applicable regulatory agency requirements, including; The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State and Local agencies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- Manages staff and contractors to adequately to ensure and maintain the efficient and safe operation of all Facility buildings
Qualifications Your Skills and Qualifications will include:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required
- Clearance: Must be at least years of age or older, ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
- Experience: Five (5) years supervisory experience to include facilities management. Preferred experience in a healthcare setting.
- License/Certification: Membership in state or national healthcare engineering association preferred. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other State regulatory agencies required
