Our client is currently seeking a HR Operations Admin
This position anchors day-to-day HR operations and on-site office administration to keep people processes accurate, timely, and compliant. You will process HR transactions in Workday, manage sensitive records, track and reconcile HR invoices / expenses, coordinate CHRO calendar, and serve as a high-touch point of contact for employees and leaders.
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Enter and audit Workday transactions (new hires, transfers, terminations, compensation changes) and maintain accurate employee records and digital files.
- Invoice processing / expense reconciliation; basic reporting / analysis using excel.
- Handle ad-hoc HR administrative requests.
- Track HR budgets; process vendor invoices, purchase requests / POs, and credit card reconciliations; compile basic financial and productivity reports for HR leadership.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, itineraries, and expense reports for HR leadership.
- Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality; triage through shared inbox / ticketing as needed.

Tools : Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort with HR systems (Workday / HRIS) and document management.Skills : Meticulous attention to detail, strong data entry / QA, excellent organization and judgment, customer-service mindset, ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential matters.Education : Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) required; bachelor's a plus.Experience : 3-5+ years supporting HR operations (Workday experience required).
