What You’ll Be Creating
We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in multi-platform content strategy, community growth, and brand storytelling . This role requires someone who can not only manage day-to-day publishing, but also craft campaigns that drive measurable growth and keep our brand voice consistent across all channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is both creative and data-driven, and is passionate about making an impact in the wellness space.
What You'll Work On
1. Content Strategy & Publishing
- Plan, publish, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
2. Brand Awareness & Storytelling
Create content that communicates our wellness mission and connects emotionally with audiences.Collaborate with design / video teams to produce on-brand creative assets (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).3. Community Growth & Engagement
Design and execute campaigns to grow followers and engagement (e.g., giveaways, influencer collabs, UGC).Showcase proven success in growing a platform’s audience (e.g., “grew TikTok from 10K to 50K followers”).4. Paid Social & Campaigns
Manage and optimize small-to-medium paid campaigns across platforms to boost reach and ROI.Partner with marketing to align paid ads with organic content strategies.5. Analytics & Competitor Insights
Track performance metrics, generate growth reports, and provide actionable insights.Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.6. Community Care
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and influencer / KOL inquiries.Strengthen brand trust by responding to feedback and maintaining positive community presence.What We are Looking For :
Proven experience managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter / X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc) for a brand.Strong background in community growth & brand awareness campaigns.Strong understanding of influencer / KOL marketing and campaign execution.Familiarity with paid social advertising and follower growth strategies.Excellent English communication skills; strong collaborator and relationship builder.Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, data-driven, and adaptable problem solver.Creative mindset with an eye for content trends and audience engagement.Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce marketing(Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).Graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills are a plus.Data-driven approach with basic skills in analytics and reporting tools.Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.Why Bayland Health?

$70K - $80K yearly base salary plus performance-based bonusHealth benefits : medical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, paid sick leave, and holidaysFree office snacks and drinksFree parking at Montclair office or Bellevue downtown officePay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus bonus incentives. The level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will determine the compensation offered.
