Service Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Manage all emails, calls, and scheduling for all fire alarm and panel maintenance
- Ensure all inquiries, issues, and requests are addressed and resolved.
- Maintain a calendar of maintenance / service requests
- Communicate Effectively with the internal team, field technicians, and Managers
Service Coordinator Qualifications :
2-4 years experience in a fire alarm, customer service, or coordination roleMust Possess great communication, and customer service skillsMust be punctual and presentable at all times.Ability to communicate fire alarm requests, maintenance, and repair issues to field techniciansMust be organized and have the ability to multitaskService Coordinator Benefits :
