What you´ll do
Keep detailed records of consumer / customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products to help customers with recommendations and enhance end user experience.

Relevant professional experience in a customer facing role
Fluent in English and French

The salary for this role is $45,000.00- $60,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
