Audio Visual Project Manager Job at CTI in Chicago

Overview

CTI is seeking an AV Project Manager for our Chicago Branch, located in Itasca, IL. The role requires a dynamic, highly organized self-starter who is passionate about AV, capable of managing all aspects of AV integration projects, and skilled in delegating responsibilities and communicating effectively to ensure on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets with accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks
• Support national account projects and coordination
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
