Your Purpose in this Role

The Commercial Service Plumber will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems for various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial sites, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay

based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training attendance.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial buildings
• Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing services
• Respond to emergency plumbing service calls in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information for estimators for repairs, and / or service work
• Ensure all work is compliant with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional service
• Collaborate with the service manager and team members on larger commercial plumbing projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and plumbing technologies
