What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entry and exit points and report any unusual or suspicious activity as observed during patrols.

Communicate with site personnel and / or visitors to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.

Document observations, incidents, and / or activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
