If you’re the person who hears a bearing before it fails and reads a wiring diagram like a map, our Cincinnati, OH facility needs your expertise. Imagine starting your shift with a quick walk-through : you review PM schedules, clear a pneumatic issue on a packaging line, inspect a VFD panel, and log your work. Then a call comes in—an unexpected electrical fault. You lockout / tagout, isolate the problem, replace the component, test, document, and bring the line back faster than expected. That’s impact.

What You’ll Do

• Keep equipment running through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot across mechanics, electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Complete inspections focused on safety and reliability.
• Maintain clear, organized records of all maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance calls.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive continuous improvement.
• Follow safety protocols every step of the way.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
