Compensation : $120,000 – $125,000 per year

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join a leading home infusion pharmacy team in Montgomery, AL. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise and passion for care will make a meaningful impact. This is a 100% onsite role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver safe, effective pharmacy services in an alternate care / home infusion setting
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy and review prescribed treatments
• Develop patient-specific plans of care and manage clinical documentation
• Perform accurate order entry, dispensing, and pump programming
• Conduct pharmacokinetic dosing and make therapy recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to optimize treatment outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all federal / state regulations, USP standards, and internal procedures
• Supervise pharmacy support personnel and contribute to a team-focused work environment
• Participate in on-call rotations and patient care conferences
