Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing environment. This role involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and value in our product offerings.
Responsibilities
Assemble and test electromechanical products while carefully following work instructions.
Troubleshoot small electromechanical products, processes, and test equipment.
Interpret engineering prints and schematics.
Develop and interpret production documents, such as work instructions and checklists.
Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes.
Support all safety and quality initiatives, including 5S, ESD, and FOD.
Contribute to process improvements.
Perform other related duties as required.
Essential Skills
Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant technical degree.
1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly.
Proficiency in industrial panel wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems is preferred.
Familiarity with Solidworks and diagnostics.
Experience in the defense or medical device industry is a plus.
Current students able to work part or full-time on a contract basis are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment
Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, located in a clean manufacturing facility. The standard work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, with overtime required at times. The role includes a 30-minute lunch break and small breaks throughout the day. Our growing robotics industry presence offers potential room for growth, and we provide catered lunch to employees daily.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PITTSBURGH, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
