Senior Procurement Manager

Sr Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the company.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Supplier Relationship Management :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Lead negotiations for contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet company goals.

Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, and production) to understand procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
