About the Position :
As a Senior Analyst, you will use your expertise to help shape the approach our teams take to solving client problems. You will lead more junior staff to gather and analyze information, recommend solutions for improvements, facilitate forward progress, and communicate and engage various stakeholders to increase buy-in. You will create trusted relationships with the clients to ensure the team achieves the outcomes with speed and innovation.
Responsibilities will include :
- Support client engagements / projects and manage project lanes to completion
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data (through research, interviews, surveys, observation, etc.) to capture the current state of the client's mission and best practice alternatives for a future state
- Support team to surface and document key insights from client interactions and data collection and propose recommendations for organizational improvements based on research and analysis
- Support colleagues during interviews and other stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., assist with developing interview questions, survey questions, knowledge capture)
- Develop presentations and client deliverables (may include writing, editing, formatting, and enhancing with graphical or technical software)
- Co-facilitate portions of meetings and strategy sessions with clients
- Coordinate logistics and knowledge capture activity for external / internal meetings
- Contribute to proposal development and other business development activities
- Support internal Rockwood activities such as training, methodology development, etc.
Required Qualifications :
Must currently hold an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)Bachelor's degreeThree (3) plus years' experience in management consulting, organizational development, strategic planning and implementation, communications, change management, and / or facilitationExperience supporting federal government agencies or DoD organizationsDemonstrated experience in strategic communications, customer experience (CX), and / or business process re-engineering - including developing and executing communication strategies to engage stakeholders, designing intuitive customer-centered solutions to improve adoption, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and performanceWillingness to work full-time at client sites in the Washington metropolitan area as needed; occasional travel may be required outside of the Washington, D.C. areaPreferred Qualifications
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityDemonstrated experience working within or in support of the Defense Security Enterprise, with a strong understanding of its policies, frameworks, and operational prioritiesExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and advising clients on their useCertification in change management, Lean-Six Sigma, PMP, or other management consulting-related disciplineOur Unique Benefits :

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000.00. Your salary may vary within this range depending on a wide range of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
