Position Overview

We are excited to invite an experienced Speech or Debate Coach to guide our rookie team at Rochester Prep High School . This part-time role is crucial in helping our students gain a competitive edge in college admissions and persistence through nationally recognized programs.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation & Practice :

Dedicate up to 6 hours a week for preparation and practice.

Research and identify at least 6 weekend tournaments over a 6-month period.

Confirm team member commitments via signed parent permission forms.

Working Conditions

This role requires a commitment to after-school practices and competitions, ensuring that our students are well-prepared and supported throughout their journey.

Compensation & Benefits

As a coach, you will receive an annual stipend ranging from $3,500 to $4,000 , based on your experience and contracted hours per week, paid semi-monthly. Please note that if you stop performing your responsibilities at any point during the year, your stipend will be adjusted accordingly.
