HR Generalist Location : Tulsa, OK

Position Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support throughout the recruiting and hiring process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the full cycle of staffing and recruiting activities, including pre-employment screening, system hiring, and documentation.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to exchange information and track progress on open positions.
• Schedule pre-employment physicals, background checks, and drug testing.
• Complete and maintain I-9 documentation and new hire system entries.
• Compile, maintain, and prepare staffing-related documentation, including applications, job offers, and correspondence.
• Utilize HR systems and software to track and organize employment data.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to employees, applicants, and supervisors regarding staffing processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
