Our Non-Profit Donation Center has an Immediate Opening for a Route Driver for our Billerica, MA, and Pelham, NH.
This is a Full-Time permanent position working four 10-hour days per week starting at 6 : 30 a.m.
Flexibility to work overtime.
Bi-Weekly compensation starts at $23.00 per hour, and a monthly Bonus program worth $500.00.

Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Driving a 16 FT box truck for local pickup and delivery.
- Utilizing a GPS and maintaining a daily manifest.
- Complete delivery reports at the end of each day.
- Loading and unloading clothing, household goods, and small furniture.
- Complete daily DOT checklist and follow strict safety requirements.
- Continuous effective communication with dispatchers.
- Establish rapport with donors and partners.
Skills required :
- Capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing 50 lbs.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS.
- Ability to communicate clearly with dispatchers.
- Demonstrate a professional manner.
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Requirements :
- Clean driving record.
- Pass drug and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a 16 FT box or a similar truck.
