Coverage Needed :

Start Date : 01 / 01 / 26
End Date : Ongoing
Schedule : Monday to Friday, with variable in-patient call Monday to Friday, 1-2 weekends per month (minimum 1 weekend)
Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Average Phone Consults : 0-5

Average Patients Seen : 0-3

Call Response Time Required : 20 minutes

Call Ratio : 1 : 3

Hands-On Percentage : 20%

Admissions : 0-2

Rounding : Both

Support Staff; 1-2 RN's, 1 MA, 1 PA / NP, 1 Office Staff

Trauma Level 3 Facility

Requirements :

Board Certification Required : Yes

Board Certification Minimum : Certified

BLS, PALS

Requires Active Provider License : Licensed in WI or IMLC

Fellowship : Preferred

Require Hospital Privileges : Yes

Temporary Privileges Available : Yes
