Class A Truck Driver CDL Dry Van

10-4 Logistics USA seeks reliable, safety‑focused Class A drivers to operate dry van, no‑touch drop‑and‑hook freight east of I‑35. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a sign‑on bonus, full benefits, late‑model equipment, and predictable home time.

Compensation : $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus : $1,000. Additional pay available for detention, layover, and extra stops.

Home time : Bi‑weekly for 48 hours.

Area of operation : East of I‑35.

Freight type : Dry van, 100% no‑touch drop‑and‑hook operations.

Equipment : Late‑model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors, fully equipped.

Primary responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch dry van deliveries according to account instructions and schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly report vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation, including ELD usage as applicable.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues.
• Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.

Minimum requirements

Age : 21 years or older.

License : Valid CDL‑A.

Experience : Minimum 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last 12 months. (Time spent training or driving with a mentor does not satisfy this requirement.)

Drug testing : Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
