The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing operations personnel that fill orders, ships / receives products into / out of inventory and CDL drivers picking up and delivering products to / from customers' locations. The Operations Supervisor will work with sales, customer service, and the dispatch group to provide outstanding customer service in a safe and efficient manner. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for inventory and delivery systems. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training, safety, and compliance programs to ensure high quality performance of employees. Operation Supervisor will ensure accurate inventory driving on time ship / delivery of products to our customer.

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below :
