The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy Fitness Coach who loves helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. You’ll lead dynamic, pre-designed group workouts while building real relationships with members and delivering an unforgettable experience—every class, every time.
What You’ll Do
• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Orangetheory group fitness classes
• Educate members on heart-rate-based training and proper exercise form
• Motivate, coach, and connect with members of all fitness levels
• Provide individualized guidance and modifications when needed
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic studio environment
• Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a world-class member experience
• Support member retention through relationship-building and accountability
What We’re Looking For
• Current nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• Confident public speaker with strong coaching presence
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
• Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow
