Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and management of software product certification programs
Design and facilitate learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and report metrics to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing and developing learning programs
Experience in developing and maintaining certification programs
Strong project management skills and business acumen
Proficient in Learning Management Systems, particularly Workday Learning
