Overview
The Studio Leader (SL) at Corethentic Lagree oversees operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and sales performance to deliver a premium, high-touch fitness experience. The role supports the Studio Manager (SM) and leadership in leading the studio team, maintaining operational excellence, and cultivating a results-driven, community-oriented environment.
Base pay range : $18.00 / hr - $21.00 / hr. Location : Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Lead membership and package sales, optimize the client onboarding experience, and ensure exceptional service at every stage of the member journey.
- Ensure full compliance with Corethentic’s policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all operational areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a spotless studio environment and peak condition of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure studio performance aligns with goals and service standards.
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building and leadership, inspiring and supporting team members at all levels.
- Maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach to daily operations with a solutions-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of Front Desk and Studio Support staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities; lead onboarding and ongoing training for service and sales expectations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating team culture aligned with the Corethentic brand and values.
- Manage personnel issues professionally in accordance with company policies.
- Drive studio revenue by leading sales of memberships, class packs, retail, and promotional offerings; collaborate on sales trend analysis and strategy adjustments.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
- Implement grassroots marketing efforts and studio events to attract new clients and increase community engagement.
- Actively manage leads through text, email, and phone outreach; ensure proper follow-up and onboarding for new members.
- Maintain a strong personal sales performance by leading by example.
Member Experience & Organizational Relationships
Work closely with leadership to ensure a best-in-class, personalized member experience and handle concerns with professionalism and care.Cultivate relationships with members to promote loyalty, satisfaction, and retention; champion the Corethentic experience in every interaction.The Studio Leader reports to the Studio Manager or above leadership and collaborates on sales, staffing, and operations; oversees daily performance and development of Front Desk and Studio Support personnel.Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Proven leadership and team management skills with experience coaching and developing staff; strong passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; clear and professional communication; ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve performance.Education & Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.CPR / AED certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).Ideally certified in Personal Training, group fitness, and / or Lagree.Experience
2-4 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio management roles.Experience leading a team of 5-10+ employees; demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and operations.Familiarity with boutique fitness platforms and scheduling software preferred.Physical Demands
Ability to move around the studio and assist with operations as needed; may demonstrate Lagree-based equipment use; flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel up to 25% for meetings or training.This job description outlines the general scope of the role. Compensation
Compensation may be hourly (32-36 hours per week) or salaried. Monthly performance incentive is offered.
