Project Manager - About the Role

At Framework Architects, every project is a partnership, and we sit at the intersection between the client and contractor, an important role to help the entire team achieve the client’s vision. We are looking for a Project Manager who has an architectural degree and thrives on collaboration and can help the entire team translate design intent, schedules, and budget into reality. You’ll guide commercial, medical, residential, and adaptive reuse projects from start to finish, balancing creativity with constructability. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact and advocate throughout the project
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate consultants and construction partners to maintain alignment
• Oversee design and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
• Facilitate communication between design teams, owners, and contractors
