Overview
Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide care for neonates across all gestational ages in a Level III NICU setting. The nurse will manage critically ill neonates, provide ventilator support, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Previous travel experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for neonates34 weeks .
Manage ventilators : AC / PC / SIMV / CPAP / BiPAP / PEEP and other respiratory support devices.Perform IV therapy, central line care, and arterial line management.Care for patients with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome , respiratory distress / failure, sepsis, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and other neonatal conditions.Support feeding and gastrointestinal care , including bottle, breast, and gavage feedings.Perform retinopathy of prematurity exams as needed.Administer medications, including IV vasopressors and emergency medications.Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic .Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2 years NICU experience. Previous travel experience required.Certifications :Required : BLS, NRP
