As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team by managing schedules, handling confidential information, and coordinating high-priority tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and implement technology solutions will impact the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
- Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate executive schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate travel for off-site meetings, conferences, and events.
- Review, draft, proofread, and edit emails, documents, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a gatekeeper, responding to communications on behalf of executives as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials while taking detailed notes and tracking follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files for quick and efficient access to important documents.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and team-building activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide strategic and anticipatory support, helping executives stay ahead of priorities.
- Assist the CEO with personal assistant tasks, such as running errands and managing personal requests.
- Identify and implement AI tools to automate and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Support business and personal projects as needed, adapting to changing priorities.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high professionalism and discretion.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative tools.Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve before issues arise.Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to explore and implement AI and automation tools.Ability to build relationships, influence others, and maintain trust at all levels.A proactive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.What Will Make You Stand Out :
