Salary : $130,000 $140,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule : Monday Friday (with weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call as needed)

Position Overview
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations to ensure exceptional resident care, optimal clinical outcomes, and full compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate resident admissions, review medical assessments, and determine care needsCollaborate with physicians and department leaders to coordinate care plansCoordinate services with external providers including pharmacies, home health, hospice, and rehabMeet with residents and families to address concerns and support positive resident experiencesLead Health Maintenance meetings and continuously update individualized service plansOversee accuracy of clinical documentation and medication recordsRepresent the community in professional events and maintain strong relationships with referral partnersLead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training for nursing staffSupervise and evaluate licensed nursing personnelParticipate in departmental budgeting and monitor staffing levels, labor cost, supplies, and clinical quality indicatorsEnsure resident rights, confidentiality, and safetyReport any concerns related to elder abuse or neglectMonitor regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvementAttend required training, continuing education, and professional development programsRequired Experience & Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license3+ years of nursing leadership experience within senior living or home careStrong knowledge of State and Federal senior living regulationsExceptional communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new clinical software systemsAbility to lift / move up to 25 lbs and assist with emergency evacuationsAbility to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situationsPre-Employment Requirements
