IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify and solve challenges using technology-driven solutions

Document and refine business requirements into actionable user stories and workflows

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP and related enterprise applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role

Hands-on experience configuring and supporting NetSuite ERP

Proficiency with automation platforms such as Workato or Zapier

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Skilled in requirements gathering, testing, and workflow documentation
