Seeking a board eligible or board certified family medicine physician to join their team along with 2 mid-levels. • 25 bed critical access hospital
• Top 20 CAH hospital in the U.S. - 2014, 2015, 2017 & 2018
• CMS 5 Star Rating Hospital for patient experience – 2015, 2016, & 2017
• 24-hour ER
• ER coverage optional – opportunity for additional income
• E-Hospitalist provides 24 hour physician management as needed for hospital inpatients, also e-ER, e-pharmacy and e-Behavioral health
• Digital radiology – includes 3D mammography, CT, MRI and ultrasound
