Hilco Vision is searching for a game changing Sales Manager, Inside Sales to join the team. The Sales Manager, Inside Sales will provide the strategic and tactical leadership required to deliver and exceed sales results for our Managed Inside Sales team and Unmanaged Inside Sales territories.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and engaging team leader; able to coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback, and inspire in order to elevate the performance of the team.

The Sales Manager, Inside Sales will deploy best practices for the team that maximize results and customer experience.

A Little Bit About You :

  • You have at least a BS Degree paired with a combined 7-10 years of experience in sales and sales management.
  • You have high standards average isnt your ideal, and it isnt ours either.
  • A coach and mentor at heart, you arent just inspiring to your team, you are one who elevates the performance and acumen of your team.
  • You have great attention to detail and strive to improve processes in order to ensure the success of your team and the customer.
  • Experienced in using best in class sales strategies, you are confident in your ability to review the operation and make improvements in areas such as department structure, churn management, prospecting, and pricing strategies.
  • Having built teams before, you are a great recruiter and are able to understand and identify the right candidates that will thrive in the Inside Sales team.
  • You are a master of executional excellence. You can ensure results are generated thru your work and others
  • With great financial acumen, you are able to build realistic sales projections and course correct as needed.

The Nitty Gritty :

  • Committed to leading, constructively coaching and developing sales, success is your goal and you dont accept less than that.
  • Drive commercial leadership and strategy for the US Inside Sales Managed and Unmanaged business segments; determine the proper cadence, call scripts, coverage plan, and tactics needed to deliver fiscal results
  • Ensure that the sales operations processes needed to drive the Inside Sales business plan are adhered to and executed with excellence
  • Lead and supervise Territory Reps and 3rd party resources if enlisted to drive sales
  • Drive adherence to Key Performance Indicators, processes, and procedures that will provide maximized efficiency, efficacy, and performance to the Inside Sales team
  • Co-build with the Director, Customer Experience the appropriate go to market strategies for Independent Eye Care Professionals, Distributors, and other accounts that are unmanaged;

to cover or not cover with resources, manage churn, customer tiering, and prospect management strategies with Marketing support

  • Create and track promotional tasks with Sales Strategy & Planning team
  • Activate engagement plans for dormant accounts that arent purchasing on a reoccurring basis
  • Interact with premier / partner customers to provide white glove service
