Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Residential Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Waukesha, WI . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25 / hour plus weekly commission based on billable hours. If you are a Residential Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks
• Install molding, trim, baseboards, doors, and cabinets
• Build and repair fences; perform drywall patching, caulking, and minor electrical and flooring work

Requirements :

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company van and gas card provided)
