Accountant – Corporate Accounting & Reporting (Contract Role)

Location : Brea, CA 92821

Pay Rate : $36.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (PST)

About the Role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting & Reporting team. This position reports to the Manager of Accounting and focuses on royalty accounting along with other general accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret royalty agreements

Prepare various journal entries

Prepare account reconciliations

Prepare tax package supporting documentation

Assist with worldwide tax payment reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting

2+ years of general accounting experience

Proficiency with accounting ERP systems , Microsoft Excel , and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in royalty accounting

Experience in general ledger accounting

Experience in consolidations
