Marketing Associate
Access Services is looking to welcome a Marketing Associate to our marketing team! Our marketing team is a group of passionate storytellers and creatives working together to amplify the voices of the people of Access Services. As a member of the marketing team, you can be part of creating unique and original content that will be shared across a variety of channels both internal and external. Position Summary : Capture the heart of Access Services by creating engaging and strategic content that invites individuals into the mission and vision of Access Services. Collaborate with the Culture and Engagement team to create deliverables as part of an integrated marketing strategy for the organization. The Marketing Associate functionally manages projects and pieces across all of our marketing channels including, but not limited to social media, website, digital design, production and content creation.
Essential Functions
- Create engaging and professional marketing materials internally or ordered through external vendors that elevate the brand and meet the needs of the organization.
- Build quality relationships with program leaders and collaborate to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Plan, create and publish social media content that promotes key agency initiatives and goals across numerous platforms in line with the strategic goals of the department.
- Manage the development of relevant and engaging content for the internal SharePoint employee intranet site.
- Participate in creative consultations with programs and divisions across the agency to help them meet their goals.
- Assist with managing and organizing Access Services' events through collaboration with special events committees, executive leadership and external event consultants.
- Assist in developing agency videos through planning, content creation, filming and editing.
- Assist in the production and administration of CRM system, website, and marketing and development campaigns.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance, and work scheduled overtime, or be available for unplanned overtime as necessary, to meet program needs.
