Specialty : Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Start Date : as soon as credentialed. Nov 3 or 10, if we are able to obtain emergency privileges (clean background).

Contract Length : 13 weeks with possibility to extend

Shift Details : 7 : 30am – 4pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday

Schedule : .8 FTE

Work Details :

• Support Staff : MD, specialty staff
• Patients per day : Appointments every 20 minutes, up to 20 patients / day
• Patient Population / Age : All Ages
• Department Description : Outpatient Wound Clinic
• EMR : EPIC
• Special Procedures : Perform sharp debridement, biopsies, biologic skin graft applications, apply total contact casts
• Skills Required : Wound Care experience
• Board Certification : required
• License Required : YES. Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days – Emergency privs might be possible, with clean history / background
