JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our audience execution efforts for TurboTax CRM marketing campaigns within Intuit's Consumer Platform Data Operations Team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders across strategy, advertising, engineering, and more to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences. This role involves developing and maintaining marketing audiences, ensuring data compliance and quality, and managing audience execution projects efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Develop and maintain marketing audiences for CRM and various marketing channels.

Own audience execution across technologies like Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, and partner platforms (Google, Meta, LiveRamp, etc.).

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and compliance needs in audience execution.

Champion the adoption of marketing audiences across different channels.

Act as a subject matter expert on marketing data within the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring data quality and effective data onboarding for marketing use.

Must have Skills

Proficiency in Customer Data Platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, etc.).

Experience with digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Email, Social Media, etc.).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Industry Experience :

3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, specifically in managing marketing technologies and data operations within the digital marketing domain.
