JOB SUMMARY :
Join our Digital Activation Team within the TurboTax marketing organization, focusing on the management of technologies and data enablement for impactful marketing strategies. This role demands end-to-end ownership of data enablement for marketing campaigns, navigating Intuit's complex data environment to streamline data onboarding and quality processes, ultimately boosting campaign efficacy and personalization. As part of our mission to improve operational excellence, the Data Catalyst will act as a critical bridge between marketing needs and technical data capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Translate marketing use cases to technical data requirements and ensure data ingestion from diverse sources to marketing platforms.
- Lead the data discovery process, securing data source ownership and ensuring clean, accurate data for marketing.
- Clarify data derivation needs, coordinating with engineering for transformations required for marketing use cases.
- Manage the data onboarding and ingestion process across multiple pipelines and teams to enable personalized marketing campaigns.
- Lead data validation efforts, ensuring data integrity for marketing applications and continuous quality monitoring.

Industry Experience Required :
Previous experience in marketing operations, data management, or a related field within the marketing industry is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, marketing technology expertise, and a quality control mindset, ensuring that our marketing strategies are as data-driven and effective as possible.
