Travel Nurse Job Details

Location : Fargo, ND (ZIP : 58102) – North Dakota nursing jobs

Healthcare Setting : Acute care, Med / Surg Resource Team / Float Pool

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 2 / 2026)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour rotating day / night shifts; includes every other weekend and holiday

Employment Type : Travel Nursing

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2050-$2200

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active North Dakota RN License or Compact State Registered Nurse License

BLS certification (AHA required)

Minimum 1 year recent Med / Surg RN experience in a busy hospital (200+ beds)

EPIC EMR experience

Previous float pool nursing experience preferred

Experience in a Level 2 or higher trauma center preferred

Ability and willingness to float within Med / Surg cluster and between Fargo campuses

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments and document care plans

Administer medications via multiple routes in accordance with clinical protocols

Deliver wound, line, and drain care to diverse patient populations

Float to all Med / Surg units across multiple hospital campuses, including specialty units (oncology, trauma, cardiac, neuro, observation, medical behavioral, innovations)

Utilize healthcare technology such as Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, and Philips vital signs machines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced hospital environment

Participate in unit-specific training, orientation, campus tours, and team expectation sessions
