Position Summary

Our Sales Engineer Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire L&W technology portfolio.

They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-Suite decision makers within their territory and become naturals at helping their customer partners in realizing value and efficiency from their L&W investments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Maintain and Grow Install Base

Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.

Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Ensure clients are aware of new products, features, and upgrades.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.

Present and demonstrate our solutions to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique features and value offered by LnW.

Sales Cycle Management

Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation and customer success teams.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.

Relationship Building

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients including but not limited to C-Suite, Marketing, IT and Gaming.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Quota Attainment

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Travel

Optimal customer engagement will require approximately 50% travel.

Qualifications

Required Experience :

3-5 years technical sales experience in software and / or systems with a track record of exceeding targets

Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a plus.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Skilled in demonstrating value in LnW’s systems product portfolio.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Top-notch verbal, written and presentation skills.

Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc.

WORK CONDITIONS

The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.

Casino Environment. Exposure to noise and cigarette smoke

May require weekend and evening hours.

Heavy phone use.
