New Product Introduction Engineer

Are you passionate about bringing innovative products to life? We’re seeking a skilled and driven NPI Project Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts in launching new hardware products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and a knack for managing complex projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams.
• Process Development : Create and document efficient manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling.
• Quality Control : Develop test plans, monitor results, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Documentation : Manage product files, BOMs, and other essential documentation for production readiness.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the development cycle.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, process development, or new product introduction (NPI).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers in a high-mix, low- to mid-volume production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience launching hardware products in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics).
