Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting in Los Angeles, CA, focusing on leave coverage for an established contract through the school year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and document progress in compliance with California state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Utilize teletherapy techniques when appropriate to extend therapy services
Qualifications :
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) LicenseCredentials including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are preferredExperience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based practice environmentsCompletion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) desirable, but not mandatoryStrong communication and organizational skillsLocation and Schedule :
