- Estimated Pay : $58,000 - $60,000 (negotiable)
- Type of Employment : 40 hours per week
- Period of Performance : 01 November 2025 – 31 October 2030 (Option to Extend Services)

Working Hours
Work is generally scheduled 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some tasks may require after-hours and / or weekend work. Schedule may be flexible but will not exceed 40 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications
High school diploma required; higher education preferred1–3 years of relevant office experience as a support assistant or receptionist or equivalentExperience handling calls, emails, and mail; act as point of contact for internal and external communicationAbility to maintain records of receipts, mailing dates, and other required informationAbility to ensure proper mailing / shipping of packages, letters, etc.Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and greeting high-level guestsExperience creating and distributing correspondence, reports, and documentsTrack inventory of office supplies and notify administration when replenishment is neededExperience providing general office support, data entry, filing, and customer serviceAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAbility to manage the receptionist areaEffective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse individualsProficiency in office software and equipmentApplication Instructions

Duties / Responsibilities :
Staff and operate two USTDA reception areas (11th floor and 10th floor). Both areas must be staffed during normal business hours, including backup coverage during breaks or leaveReceive visitors and calls, greet and assist professionally, and issue visitor badges. Visitors may include high-level foreign and U.S. Government officials, Congressional staff, and senior executivesHandle clerical support such as arranging local transportation, visitor parking, parking vouchers, and Metro cards; manage mail and courier packages; coordinate visitor access with building security; maintain visitors logReceive and log facilities requests, respond to staff submissions, generate work orders, and coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting arrangementsRespond to and / or direct inquiries to appropriate office or individualMaintain tidy, professional reception areasPerform other administrative support duties as requiredCompensation and Benefits :
