Responsibilities :
- Review and prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other related documents across multiple states.
- Oversee the preparation of intricate client work, while assigning basic tasks to junior accountants.
- Manage and prioritize the workflow of client projects to meet filing and reporting deadlines.
- Supervise engagement teams, staff accountants, and interns, ensuring their responsibilities align with project expectations.
- Maintain accountability for meeting engagement timelines and budgetary constraints, and promptly communicate project status updates to partners, managers, and clients.
Requirements :
- At least two years of applicable tax experience required.
- Preferred experience with taxation of "flow-through" entities, with private equity experience considered advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong preference for candidates who have passed some or all sections of the CPA exam.
Salary : $95-130k
