Key Responsibilities Responds professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers Initiates contact with Health Plan and medical personnel to obtain relevant information Evaluates data to determine appropriate actions for resolving complaints and coordinating service recovery Required Qualifications 2 years of customer service call center experience Experience level : Experienced High school diploma or equivalent Must be available for shifts 7 days a week from 7 : 00 AM to 9 : 30 PM Remote work experience preferred
