Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts as a Sales Consultant.
• Follow a proven sales process that leads to results.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and assess area competition.
• Be willing to work weekends and some holidays and be coachable.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual compensation of $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40K / year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical / dental / vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
