Salary : 45,000 -50,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately process customer orders using P21 (Prophet 21) ERP system.
- Support key customers , ensuring timely and accurate handling of order requirements.
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal purchasing and external customers to coordinate expectations. Collaborate to validate timelines and expedite vendor delivery to meet customer timelines.
- Assist with general customer inquiries, product availability, and basic technical information.
